We are a women- and trans-led collective of natural builders and artisans. We’re throwing ClayFest because we believe events like this need to happen!

Catherine Odell (she/her)

Catherine Odell is a tumbleweed riding the wind of a dream. She is a builder and an artist who believes deeply in the power of earthen materials.

You can find her shaking off the dust with a little dancing, wave chasing, or creekside lounging—guitar and sketchbook usually nearby.

Autumn Flower Creek (she/her)

Autumn Flower Creek is a transfemme natural builder, artisan, & mud witch based in San Diego, CA (Kumeyaay territory). She specializes in clay plaster, whimsical sculptures, small dwellings, and education.

When Flower doesn’t have her hands in the mud, you can usually find her walking in nature, humming to herself, or sharing time with loved ones.

Erin Quick Emslie (she/her)

Erin Emslie is a natural builder, plasterer, and all-around earth worshipper residing in Los Angeles (Tongva territory).

Outside of mud shaping, she spends her time making music, tracking down folk-inspired architecture, and dreaming up the foundations of her own imaginative worlds.
